The outdoor Digital 380

For a finnish team of lumberjacks, the Digital 380 provides additional safety.It is used to measure the tension in trees while they are being felled. As soon as a certain value is exceeded, the woodcutters know that the tree is about to fall and can retreat to a safe distance. The picture shows the weatherproof case for a 24-volt version of the Digital 380, which is powered by rechargeable NiCd batteries.
